I. Issues to Consider in Steam Turbine Noise Control

1. Soundproofing: Select appropriate soundproof panels, soundproof doors, and accessories to ensure the steam turbine soundproof enclosure meets noise control requirements.

2. Ventilation: Gas turbines are massive heat sources. When adding a soundproof enclosure, it is essential to install a ventilation system to expel heat outdoors. The ventilation system must be equipped with electrical control devices to monitor its operational status.

3. Ventilation Noise: After installing the ventilation system, the impact of fan noise on the environment must be considered.

4. Lighting: To facilitate maintenance personnel in performing routine inspections inside the enclosure, lighting and emergency lighting systems must be installed.

II. Overall Quality Requirements for Steam Turbine Enclosure Projects

1、 Upon project completion, the overall quality of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels must comply with relevant national standards, industry standards, or enterprise standards, and meet the requirements stipulated in this agreement.

2、 When the ambient temperature does not exceed 25°C, the enclosure temperature should not exceed 50°C. When the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C, the difference between the external surface temperature and the ambient temperature should not exceed 25°C.

3、 Corrosion resistance must comply with the GB2086-2006 standard, ensuring no discoloration or deformation.

4、 The installation of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels must be secure and reliable.

5、 Layout should be reasonable, tight, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.

6、 Noise must be significantly reduced, with a minimum reduction of 6 decibels after installation.

7、 Manufactured using cold-rolled steel plates: The enclosure dimensions are 12000mm × 9000mm × 3000mm (customizable). The main columns and beam framework of the enclosure are constructed from rectangular section steel, connected with high-strength bolts, and feature an assembly-type structure. The design of the main columns and beam framework must avoid the bearing seats of the steam turbine generator set to prevent interference with bearing maintenance. The four walls of the enclosure are assembled from steel structure soundproof acoustic panels, with the outer panels made of cold-rolled steel plates no less than 1.5mm thick and internal panels made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates.

8、 The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels include a total of 4 soundproof doors with observation windows. The doors should open smoothly and close tightly.

9、 An appropriate number of air inlets (soundproof ventilation openings, with area determined by the bidder) should be installed at the lower part of the four walls.

10、 The top of the steam turbine enclosure is made of perforated plates, equipped with lifting rings for hoisting, and includes 6 low-noise fans for forced exhaust and heat dissipation. The interior is equipped with a full set of LED lighting facilities to facilitate inspection by personnel inside the cosmetic panel enclosure.

11、 The internal space and entry/exit door positions of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels should be reasonably designed to ensure that cosmetic panel components do not come into contact with equipment.

12、 The enclosure should be easy to disassemble and assemble, with reasonably预留 lifting rings and lifting holes. The structural strength of individual cosmetic panels should meet requirements for hoisting and stacking without deformation. The needs of major and minor overhauls should be fully considered, minimizing the workload of disassembling and assembling cosmetic panels during major overhauls.

13、 The surface paint color of the enclosure should be uniform light gray. Electrostatic spraying is applied to the surface, followed by high-temperature curing.

14、 Vibration damping measures should be implemented where the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels contact the ground to reduce vibration transmission from the foundation to the enclosure.

15、 The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, thermal insulation cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panels must be factory-processed and ready for direct on-site installation. On-site fabrication is not permitted, and hot work is prohibited on site.
